Starwise Astrological Forecast
for February 2012(All specific times given are for Eastern Time)
We enter February with a 2nd quarter rising Moon.
Days of Month
1- Venus in emotional, sensitive Pisces opposes Mars in Virgo. Try to work a deal, between being too analytical and critical, and don’t identify with being a victim. Make it compassion with intelligence instead.
3- Today is one of the big Astrological events of 2012. Neptune goes back into the sign it rules, namely Pisces until 2025. I’ve written at length about this in my predictions for 2011, which you can find on my website. Basically, this should be an era of deep collective feeling and really processing all of the emotional, imaginative, and spiritual energies of the last 2,150 years of the Piscean Age as we move now into the Aquarian Age.
7- The Sun joins with Mercury in airy Aquarius, mental/verbal expressions of humanitarian ideals are possible.
Saturn stands still as it turns retrograde.
The Sun in Aquarius opposite the Moon in Leo, Full Moon opposition. The Leo/Aquarius axis often brings into play the conflict between the leader and the group, and the need for a healthy, mutually beneficial integration of the two.
8 – Venus goes into passionate, at times impulsive Aries.
9 – Venus joins with Uranus in Aries, surprise, liberating emotional enthusiasms are likely.
13- Mercury’s Aquarian mental energies harmonize with Saturn’s grounded responsibility but then later in the day goes into emotional Pisces, a difficult placement for Mercury, where emotional sates can have too much effect on rational processes.
14 – Mercury joins with Neptune in Pisces. One might as well let go of rational processes and surrender the mind to non-rational experience and expressions.
15 – Venus in feisty Aries in tension with the deep Plutonian/Capricornian transformation of the basic structures and authorities of our time, or your own psychological structures.
16 – Mercury in Pisces harmonizes with Jupiter in Taurus, a good time to express, benefit from tangible artistic expression that actually makes some money, or at least engenders faith and optimism that you can materially benefit from life.
18 – Sun in group-conscious Aquarius harmonizes with Saturn making grounded responsibility in Libran relationships.
Later Mercury in Pisces harmonizes with deep Plutonian introspections/transformations.
19 - Sun conjoins with Neptune in Pisces, a great time to open your own identity to a sensitive, emotional, spiritual, creative, imaginative surrender and trust in how you can be and bring into being these qualities.
21 – Sun/Moon Pisces New Moon conjunction, continuing themes from the 19th which are still in effect, now emerging with a greater capacity to make a conscious dedication and with new intentions during the next Lunar Month.
23 – Mercury in emotional Pisces opposes Mars in analytical Virgo, bringing in again the need to heal, integrate, the temptation to go into vulnerable, confusion versus the overly detailed and critical. Again, calling for compassion with intelligence.
25 – Sun in emotionally sensitive Pisces harmonizes with optimistic, enthusiastic Jupiter.
27 – Sun still in Pisces harmonizes with Pluto in Capricorn, these few days, from the 24th to the 29th being a really good time to trust that your emotional, imaginative and spiritual inspirations really can effect positive changes in this material world, and that this material world can serve as a clearer expression of those inspirations.
